Here is some fun using Stampin UP!'s New Spritzer

Using the spritzer with this Technique is so easy.

I punched out 4 pennants and placed them the way I wanted

 Then I sprayed all over the paper

 And then I took off the pennants

 And there you have it!

Supplies used 

Spritzer, Champagne Mist, cherry cobbler bakers twine, Designer Series Paper Stacks-Brights (real red), old olive-real red-pool party markers, Decorative Label Punch, Modern Label Punch, Petite Pennants Builder Punch, Whisper White Card stock, Snow Much Fun Stamp Set
